Daily Treat Pet Care is owned and operated by Bree Ruegsegger. She has been helping pet lovers for years and will go the extra mile with professionalism and TLC.

HISTORY

The owner, Bree Ruegsegger, has chosen to work with pets since she was a teenager. During high school, Bree worked for a veterinary practice as a kennel assistant and later began training as a veterinary technician. Bree notes that the knowledge she gained is priceless, and she loved every minute of it. It was also during this time she began to pet sit for clients. She moved on to college, but kept close to those who had trained her over the years and continued in-home pet care for families seeking an alternative to boarding. After finishing college, Bree decided to grow her business. Altogether she has 13 years’ experience working with animals and five years with in-home pet sitting.

PHILOSOPHY

As a pet owner, Bree knows first-hand how pets are family. For many pets, staying in the familiar comfort of home, when possible, is a much better solution for the pet and for the owner’s peace of mind. Bree’s philosophy is to provide both pet and family with the least stressful solution.

PSI CERTIFIED and MEMBER

Bree is a Pet Sitters International (PSI) Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) and a loyal member. She feels they are an invaluable resource to her and her clients.

CPR and FIRST AID CERTIFIED

Bree became animal CPR and First Aid Certified in February 2012 and is dedicated to fulfilling the re-certification requirements every two years.

LICENSED, INSURED, AND BONDED

Daily Treat Pet Care has a business license issued by the City of Pleasanton. Bree operates in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, and San Ramon areas. Pet sitter liability insurance covers accidents that may affect the client’s pets or property while the pet sitter is on an assignment.
